Daily Exercise

This week:

Monday
20min warmup in trademill, bodyjam, hotpilates

Tuesday -

Wednesday 20min warm up on trademill, 55min work-out with kettlebell.

Thursday 20min warm up on trademill bodyjam, 55min work-out wit kettlebell.

Friday -

Saturday 20min warm up on trademill, bodypump, hot bodybalance.

Sunday 20min on trademill, HotFlowYoga 75min.
 
Started running again today and man I need to build up my endurance.

Ran 2.0 km and power-walked 3.0 km.
 
My current routine:

Monday: Full body weights, focusing on compound moves/Olympic lifts

Tuesday: 5-6 mile run

Wednesday: Pilates equipment class

Thursday: 3-4 miles on the Stepmill

Friday: Full body weights, focusing on compound moves/Olympic lifts

Saturday and Sunday active rest - walking, biking, etc.
 
I changed it a bit.

Three times a week:
5 x 100 jump rope (daily).
30 min wii fit
5 x 25 sit-ups (daily)
30 min walk
30 min kickboxing
