Daily Exercise

One hour on my XL Glider. After three weeks on the shelf, my legs have finally healed fully. I'll get back to doing two to three hours a day to build my legs' strength back up, after which I'll finally be able to start Insanity.
 
In the process of doing two hours on my XL Glider. I also walked all over the place at school today.

Yesterday 16 mile bike ride
Today 12 mile bike ride
Tomorrow 30 mile bike ride? I'm totally pooped.
 
tuesday: 30 minutes of yoga
wednesday: 1 hour zumba class
thursday: 30 minutes of yoga
