Daily Exercise

20 minutes walking my dog - briskly, dont want a flat bum
a few sun salutations - downward upward dog, and warrior poses
30 chest presses - gotta work the breast plate!
 
Saturday: 30 minutes stationary bike
Sunday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes interval running on treadmill
Monday: 40 minutes stationary bike
 
been sick this week so missed a lot of exercise

Back to it Friday with 1 hour bike ride
This morning 6 km run :)
 
Today:
12 mile bike commute
3.5 mile run
30 minutes stationary bike
A bit much I guess.
