Daily Exercise

I swam 24 laps in 15 minutes the other day, so I'm quite happy with that (in addition to a long warm up and cool down afterwards)! I have to do a sport for gym credit at my college so I chose swimming, I'm glad I did, it's reminded me how much I love it.
 
Yesterday: 1 hour of Kundalini yoga videos with a friend
Today: 40 minutes cardio at the gym
 
30 min running + 4 times walking up and down 100 stairs

Awesome feeling right now!
Best cardio I know.
 
Saturday

20min jogging
50min kettlebell

Sunday

45min jogging in beautiful spring weather
