Sources tell PerezHilton.com that Jenna has split from her husband/business partner Jay Grdina.
In addition to her suddenly single and dating a rock star status, there are more changes going on in Jameson's life.
"Jenna recently sold her empire to Playboy," a source close to the star tells us. "And, she is moving to Los Angeles to be closer to Dave. She's already been house hunting in the Hollywood Hills."
Maybe Jenna will fly to Chicago to catch Dave perform tomorrow night at the Hard Rock?

Dave Navarro is reportedly dating p*rn superstar Jenna Jameson - just weeks after splitting from his wife Carmen Electra. The rocker and the former 'Baywatch' babe recently announced they were "amicably separating" for reasons they are yet to reveal, reports Bang Showbiz.
But despite remaining friends with his estranged spouse, it seems Dave has moved on quickly and into the arms of X-rated actress Jenna, the star of such films as 'I Love Lesbians' and 'Cybersex'.
According to our friends at TMZ.com, Jenna's publicist has confirmed she has split from her husband, p*rn producer and director Jay Grdina, and is now dating the former Jane's Addiction guitarist.
Since separating, Dave has already denied a romance with socialite Sarah Howard, while Carmen played down reports she was involved with Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx.
Rumours were rife they were an item after the pair were allegedly seen attending a Gnarls Barkley concert together.
