As far as I am concerned, David was and will always be gorgeous. No matter how old he is...<3. He just turned 62 yesterday. Happy birthday David!

It's true, and a big part of that is his charming and seemingly kind personality. Whenever I've seen him interviewed he's always been very courteous and friendly and appears to be very down to earth. So happy birthday, Mr. Bowie.

This is so true of him. I have never seen him being ungracious or unpleasant in any interviews. He is always smiling and laughing. He is truly a kind person. Very, very charming.

its funny,its been over 30 years since his ziggy period,and i still feel that its the most revolutionary thing that people bore witness to. the idea of confronting and manipulating sexual perception,gender and just the notion of expression. how many men have we had that was truly as dynamic as he was? i mean,apart klaus nomi and leigh bowery,there was no one who could hold a candle to him and still remain relevant today. and boy george was such a brown noser and a poseur...he wasn't original.
