I actually like this style, because it is over my knee and I hate exposed knees...just a personal thing. lol. but also, not too long.

i find this trend has serious potential to look cheap.....
i agree that they have to be slightly loose.....the tight ones are beyond horrible.....

ive seen MAYBE one or two people pull them off.....

i think the colour and wash of the denim matters too.....

i had a pair of old jeans that were so ripped that i helped them out and turned them into shorts....
then i painted a design on them......they're fairly loose and very faded....
ive worn them once with sandals and a loose t-shirt......
but its hard to make it work..... i'm still on the fence about this one.....not sure i like it.....

I think fitted looks better. girl, if i even attempted to wear wider one's i'd look like a tree trunk!

me too, nobby knees is just weird! lol..plus MOST people are thicker above the knee, so if it exposed, i think it would give us thnees- aka thighs and knees blended...kind of like cankles...when calfs blend into ankles like a pig.
