well the jacket had a lot of great details. it had zip off sleeves, zippers with pulleys, perforated strap etc... of course stuff like that shouldnt make a jacket cost 6,000 but back then i think that was the avg.

The number is the year. EH is spring/summer. HH is fall/winter. So for example...

3EH = S/S 03 - Follow Me
3HH = F/W 03 - Luster
4EH = S/S 04 - Strip
4HH = F/W 04 - VOTC


IMPORTANT! Could someone please tell me how the fit of the VOTC black canvas jeans compares to that of the S/S 05 version? If a 28 in S/S 05 fits me a bit too tight, would a 29 in VOTC work better? Or did they run way larger in VOTC?

The little seams on the chest of the tee shirt are darts, but they're pretty much superfluous/for styling since you don't need to dart jersey in order to make it fitted. Also, a dart in that location would typically be used for fitting over the bust for women.

I actually think it's cool design detail, but I almost feel as if it's misleading people into thinking that the price of the shirt is justified because of Hedi's master tailoring techniques used on it when it's really irrelavent in relation to the fit.

I agree that they don't justify the price, but I disagree that they're superfluous. I love the way the darts eliminate the pooches created when your arms are at your side. In comparison with a fitted but non-darted shirt, the darted DH shirt looks much better to me. And the chest darts do the opposite of what chest darts do for women's shirts.

Avenue Montaigne, Paris carries a lot of backstock so it'd be worth calling them up if you have the item reference # to hand.

Talked on the phone to the guy that actually produces leather jackets for DH today,
he antcipated to me that fw06 show is going to end with a natural-red fox fur jacket

Those are Dior by Galliano from F/W 05. I don't think they're that terrible, and the price is rather decent.
