I assume they'll pick someone for Balenciaga that can ensure a certain level of commercial success... Pieter seems far away from that. All these years making money off sneakers (that ended up being made in China) and xxl cotton hoodies, I doubt they'll turn full "couture" all of a sudden...

i predict its AV. the reason i think this way is because he wont enter Non compete by transferring, whereas Meiers ( i think? ) have entered Non compete already... again... maybe im wrong because we can't know for sure, maybe we are all waiting for the press release? then again if they were to go to balenciaga, we would hear rumors about it in one way or another but also the press release about demna going to gucci and them subsequently to balenciaga would come out like a domino effect. i would predict.
basically its probably going to be someone who is on the scene and actively working right now or has been recently gone from a maison
