dita will be attending the vienna opera ball this year by invitation of richard lugner (a wealthy construction magnate + society "favourite" ). oh dear, she has NO IDEA what she's getting herself into.
I'm quite annoyed by the fact that she's clearly attending the ball just for publicity (millions of people world wide actually watch it on TV), the ball itself is totally overcrowded,feudal and lame. no serious artist would ever be caught dead attending it...

I hope she wears some 18th century stunning ball gown.

I was under the impression that the Vienna Opera Ball was one of the highlights of the social season in Vienna. Have you ever been? Can you tell us more?
