There was an article about her in Glamour UK a couple months ago. why people like her so much is her pale skin and her great moves. You know who I can't figure out who she is or why she's famous???? Cloey Sevingy (not sure how to spell her name). I have never seen her in any movies, and yet she's in every fashion magazine and at every fashion event!

i loved prince in the '80s (and still do) - he's the reaason i started wearing eyeliner. i like manson & his music too, i've always thought he and prince were very similar - androgynous, wearing lingerie on stage, the occasional falsetto, etc.

i really like dita, i'm a member of her site and will always defend her, but she's definitely not the only one like her out there, as far as the black hair / pale skin / red lips / vintage clothes - we used to call them (well, us, as i am one too, i guess) "bettie page girls." i think psychobilly might be another term, but only if they have tattoos and brian setzer-esque boyfriends. but being able to make a career out of the burlesque thing and the pinup photos, i think it's great, and she does it well.
