after it's visible in older HQ pics as well,I assume it's a scar. perhaps a burn scar from a hair curler?

Thanks danabnormal, now that I look at it again, you seem to be correct it does look like a curler burn. She hides it pretty well though with that make up. I would have never noticed unless the picture was of that high of a resolution.

I can she see how you would think that considering how she is pale and have very dark hair but I think Rose McGowen look more like snow white b/c that girl is like extremly pale...like deathly pale and have really naturally rosy red lips.

I disagree....she is kind of too old for makeup like the one she is wearing at JT's party...that type of makeup belongs to a girl who is in middle school or something.
The makeup is totally unsophisticated but her outfit is hot.

actually I'm not that fond of the DRESS she's wearing;looks a little too much like some uninspired brocade pattern.

i think it is brocade, possibly vintage. before she was a part of the high fashion scene, she wore all vintage, all the time. she probably has a closet full of gorgeous dresses that people haven't seen.

I'm sure she wears flats and skinnies at home but most of the pics that I have seen of her are usually when she at some event that don't usually require flats or skinnies in my opinion.

skinny jeans - I highly doubt that...she said a couple of times that she's not into wearing jeans of any kind at all
