She does look great, but I detect some makeup. There's definitely blush, some lip stain, and maybe eyeshadow. But, we get the general idea and she looks great.
Dita would never let someone take a picture of her without some makeup. I mean, she's a pale blonde so it's undertandable.

i've seen these pics on her site - i think the top is nanette lepore from a few years ago.

i'm guessing she has some makeup on, albeit very little - i just can't imagine her leaving the house, let alone being photographed, without a stitch of it based on things she's said over the years.
