Dita Von Teese strikes a pose as she’s held up by Sir Richard Branson on Tuesday in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The duo celebrated ten years of nonstop flights from London to Las Vegas on Virgin Atlantic - and now, Dita is immortalized on the planes that fly that route! “London to Vegas Virgin plane now has me as the flying lady painted on the side,” Dita tweeted.
The two also walked on the plane’s wing for photo ops, but Dita opted not to change shoes to something more comfortable. “I wore Louboutins to the max!” she wrote.

Dita's Regime

DITA VON TEESE has revealed that her glamorous vintage aesthetic is no more high maintenance than her counterpart's low-key "effortless" look.

"I have a lot of friends that have a very natural look and it takes just as long," von Teese told us. "They straighten their hair, wear all that bronzer and beige lipstick and apply 50 coats of mascara to make themselves look natural. I'm doing the same thing just with different colours. I set my hair which is actually quicker than a blow dry. I get ready just as quick as any other woman I know."

The burlesque dancer, who cites Jean Paul Gaultier and Elie Saab as her favourite designers, hit back at celebrities who hire stylists to help them pick their outfits.

"Every celebrity today seems to hire a stylist to choose their clothes," said von Teese. "I admire women like Daphne Guinness and the late Isabella Blow - women that took risks and have their own personal style without having to pay someone to do it."

Does she ever feel like donning a pair of tracksuit bottoms?

"No never," she said. "Why would I do that? Who wants to purposefully feel crappy?"
