EXCLUSIVE: BELLA IS BACK WITH THE DOC

VETERAN TV actress Bella Emberg is to appear on Doctor Who again after a gap of more than 30 years.
The star, a one-time sidekick of telly legends Benny Hill and Russ Abbot, was last on the sci-fi show in 1973.
She will play an elderly lady called Mrs Croot in an episode to be screened on BBC1 later this month.
Bella 68, was in Doctor Who and the Silurians in 1970 and also in The Time Warrior three years later.
She said: "Out of the three episodes of Doctor Who I've filmed, this is without a doubt my favourite. I absolutely loved it. But my ambition is to play a monster who defies the Doctor."
Peter Kay, star of Phoenix Nights, will play a villain in the same episode, called Love and Monsters.​

Am very excited about Peter Kay been in an episode - how good will that be?!

I love Marc Warren, he's a brill actor, amd Shirley Henderson and of course Peter Kay!!

^Oh yes, Marc Warren was great! Even though there wasn't much of the Doctor it was a fab episode. There were some very funny one liners!

I couldn't take Peter Kay seriously, even though it wasn't very serious, but I just couldn't get my head around him being in it! If that makes any sense at all!
