It was so sad, I almost cried!:cry: During the last scene at the beach, all I was thinking was wow, what great actors Billie and David are.
 
i cried, i couldn't help it, it was SO sad! i'm also really relieved they didn't kill rose, i thought her exit was fabulous, and the music they played (like when they were driving) was so haunting, it totally added to the mood.

It's a shame you didn't get to watch it a xmas really but never mind..

Torchwood, the new drama from Russell T Davies, was the centrepiece of BBC Three's autumn season launch briefing.
Julian Bellamy, BBC Three's controller, said: "Torchwood is just the kind of cutting edge, ambitious drama of real scale that we're seeking on BBC THREE."
The press release goes on to describe the show as "a sci-fi crime thriller which tells the story of a crack squad of secret agents, setting their own rules and operating above the law to protect the public from both human and alien threats."
