I really liked some pieces tho.. I didn't find it that bad, I just found it strange that it looks like really high fashion, something Galliano would do.
NOT SO DOLCE VITA: About 15 Dolce & Gabbana invitations went amiss in the hands of a messenger, pushing security into high alert for the house's 20th anniversary show Thursday. The narrow street in front of the designers' new show space combined with the extra vigilance at the door — the house was alarmed that animal rights protesters could sneak in the show — created a mob scene of frustrated editors and congested traffic out front. But despite the chaos at the door, Chloë Sevigny, who walked the runway for Dolce & Gabbana last March, was sitting pretty in the front row. 'I had no stress this season," she said. 'I'm just here to see the show." Not that her modeling duties are over. She said she's been posing for a lot of shoots wearing Dolce & Gabbana for anniversary articles in magazines including German Vogue and Italian Elle. Her workload continues on the small and big screens, too.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by this.HauteFashion said:I see a mixed responce. You'll all love it when you understand it. Its not very commerical, and its difficult to try and determine a market for these garments, i think they took a considerable risk but the clothes themselves are wonderful; quite an original concept and theme to the show and i love the consistency i saw whilst watching it. Not loving straw in the hair, however
This is Dolce's worst spring collection since, well, its last spring collection. A lot of the things look like they belong to a naughty French Maid.
, i'm one of the few weirdos that like it! it amazes me!hahaha
. What attracts me most into it is the fact that it is very colorful and trashy. It's just so fun to look at. And there are some really cute dresses too.
I find this dress particularly beautiful to look at:
