Don't waste your money on...

I like Take the Day off... but I never tried using just baby oil. My going out signature look is lots of black eyeliner and mascara, and not much other makeup... I need serious removal power. Anyway, I think it's designed to be used before your usual face cleanser.

I don't like
Perscriptives Virtual Skin - made me break out badly
BenFit WonderBod - separates and smells SICK
Jergens Shave Minimizer - who wants to wait four weeks for it to start to work? You have to buy a new bottle by then... I predict that this product will dissapear from the market. I only have to shave 1/week anyway
Stila Mascara - undoes my curl

So, what do you do with a product that maybe you spent some money on but don't want anymore. Do you just throw it away?

Hee! In my case, it sits under my sink for about 6 years. That's about how long it takes me to realize that I will NEVER EVER EVER have any use for it ever again

A shopoholic product junkie pack-rat makes for a verrrrrry cluttered bathroom :P

Thanks, Alli! I'm using moisturizer before I apply the Secret Camouflage and you're right, I do think it helps.

dont waste ur money on harsh eyemakeup removers....they damage the skin around ur eyes and stings ur eyes...when u couldve juse use J&J baby oil...it takes off the makeup super easy and its so cheap :D

I've changed my mind. I'm really loving my Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage now. It just took awhile to learn to how to do it properly and when I do, I really do have a flawless face!

i've been dying to try secret camo. for some time. i dont like to wear foundation i just have little that needs to be covered......is it hard to use??

dont use Pearl Drops teeth whitening........
my dentist almost had a fit when i told him i use it

instead opt for an ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH

-I've never been particularly impressed with MAC shadows
-Benefit Lightning shimmer lotion--yucky smell
-Pretty much any Covergirl product :x

It's not THAT hard, LolitaLuxe, but it does take practice. Definitely get the Secret Camouflage brush -- I think that makes a big difference because of its shape. You can make it very pointy or broader as you wish. I also think it looks more finished with the loose powder but that depends on how much coverage you need. I have rosacea so I need a lot!

What NOT to buy!
-Nivea shimmering body lotion...just yuk

-Venus razor...another one for Mach 3!!

-L'Oreal Sublime Bronze tanning range...orange and smelly and greasy

:D x

The nice thing about having two colors is being able to make the color match the exact place you need coverage. Just practice until you make it perfect!

- Loreal Pure Zone Cleanser ~ this was not gentle enough for my skin,
my skin was red after i used it!
- Clinique Waterproof Mascara ~ when i put it on there were only a few
clumps but then when i would come out
of the pool my eyelashes were all clum-
ped up and it was hard to get off and
to get my eyelashes apart so they would
look normal..
- Maybelline Cool Effects Eye Liner ~ made my eyes hurt & didn't glide
on as smooth as it said.

- Dr. Hauschka cleansing cream; it worked really well actually but the SMELL turned me right off! ugh.
- Max Factor Lashfinity mascara; made my lashes brittle and they stuck together, it was also a chore to get it off!
- Tommy Hilfiger lipgloss; looks nice and shiny but the glitter particles stick on your lips and feel gritty like sand.

dr hauschka cleansing cream i sgreat a s you said. the smells are strong but thats only because they are "real" products!! i lov'em

Why should the smell make it a "real" product, leyla? Just trying to understand... ??
