Do's and Don'ts with Burberry

You know what I hate the most?-Is when a forty-something guy steps out of his Porsche wearing a black newsboy cap, leather gloves, black peacoat and a damn Burberry scarf around his neck! So horrible and cliche at this point...needless to say, no scarf!

Burberry is everywhere in Spain. Absolutely EVERYTHING Burberry is for sale at El Corte Inglés, including a dog's leash. It is for women over 60 who shop daily at the local market and carry a trolley.

Burberry Prorsum S/S 05 is so pretty! But the classic plaid pattern is a no no.

And there's something even worse than Burberry London, the cheapest line,Thomas Burberry Some people in my school who want to seem wealthy wear it all the time (mixed with Polo ralph lauren and tommy hilf.). It's everywhere, and always the same patterns and colours.

Burberry prorsum, on the other hand... I've never paid much attention to this brand, but since the brilliant F/W 05-06 collection, I will!!

I remember reading somewhere that Christopher is working on a spin off of Burberry Prorsum which is a bit let expensive, but still great quality.

I would agree with everything above. Remember, everything in moderation. Stick with basics and then add a touch to set it off.

Burberry London seems like the classics line of Burberry with the Nova Check and Classic Check covering everything, the only thing updated are like the handbags and some outerwear.

Burberry Prorsum is the newer (?) line that consists of RTW that is shown on a runway.

It's like Classic Versace and Versace, one is not updated all the time the other is every season.

I remember I wanted a red Nova Check poncho from Burberry London, it was really nice it had buckles around the neck and had a nice shape. When I tried it on I came to my senses, it was terrifying.

I think the Nova Check is alright but it gets brutally overdone since in my school everyone who thinks they're sophisticated wears Burberry something. It gets to that point where it goes from being great taste (which it is) to very bad taste (which it is now).

hm.. not a big fan... my sister got me the scrunchie as a joke though and i've worn it twice- once when running and a rubberband was no where in sight and once when i was washing my face- but the prorsum

Just do not do the Burberry checks, any shape or form. Caps, scarves, wallets. Definitely chav alert!
