That photo of Edie with Jule & Margaret Styne and Alfred Strelsin is authentic and not photoshopped in any way. I'm the one who is auctioning it, and I would never do something like that as I'm a longtime collector myself. There is more to the photo than what you see in the ebay preview. The original photo has the text and all the agency information from 1965 on the bottom.

That's so sad! Although i abhorred Factory Girl i loved Mayor of the Sunset Strip. He had a real talant for making documentaries. I wish he had applied his Edie fasination to a doctumentary.

These are probably doubles, but I just thought some photos to remind us of her loveliness and timelessness are always good!!

I like this one, because of her legs, the leopard coat, and because she looks so cool!

I like this one because of that necklace - it's so "now"! I could see Kate Lanphear or someone wearing this:
