I just noticed that the interviewer actually asked about the last cover and not campaign

It seems that Miu Miu has a preference for 'unconventional' faces, first Lindsey, then Daphne...glad that Ginta is part of the cast！

She has recently shot for 10 magazine, Dazed & Confused and i-D as well as the AW10 Valentino campaign with David Sims.

I mean, congratulations to the girl, but i'm devastated because the old Valentino is clearly dead. This isn't them just moving with the times, it's an abandonment of aesthetic, which is terribly sad.

Yes, Tati is my favorite model, but i have to agree with you on that - She doesn't fit Valentino and since FW09 Valentino sort of lost its aesthetic line i remember Doutzen, Stephanie, Gemma, Carol etc. doing his campaign, all the classic hitters.

I'm VERY happy for Tati - whereas I agree that it might be an unexpected choice I think this could turn out rather interesting and I really don't think she's that incongruous for the brand.

Regarding Miu Miu Daphne is okay for me (eventhough, when picking an edgy/ unsual girl I'd still rather take Lindsey) but together with Ginta... non.
Don't get me wrong, I think she's really pretty (maybe just not my type of model) and definitely suitable for the brand, but I think the last ads with Lindsey were just SO brilliant. If Sasha is the ultimate Prada-girl, Lindsey is definitely the same for Miu Miu. Therefore I was really hoping that they'd continue just once with sticking to the same girl.
Anyway, I'm waiting for the other girls to be revealed now as everything seems to boil down to surprises (as always when it comes to Miu Miu/ Prada )
