It's definately not boring because of Raquel. Karl Lagerfeld is a horrible photographer and Raquel is doing her best, lol. Her pose is very interesting, but the setting and Karl's photography make it boring

I think it would be slightly stronger if Raquel was centre in the frame, it looks amateur the way it's framed at the moment.

I agree; this advertisement probably would have been better if it had a white background. I don't know if it's the background color or just the photo, but the clothes look washed out and cheap (appearance-wise, not price).
