Exactly, ruined any sense of surprise anyone could have with the incessant need to promote products.Social Media, as much as we like it, has totally killed fashion campaigns unfortunately.
But mostly killed creativity because there’s this constant need to feed platforms with content. So everything has to be time-managed and efficient. It’s really hard to maintain standards.Exactly, ruined any sense of surprise anyone could have with the incessant need to promote products.
SO TRUE. Everything from stories to reels- constant demand for a visual, it's over saturation; which is why many feel offline is the new luxury. Out of sheer exhaustion of visuals being stuffed down their throats and algorithm. Even when you're not a major brand or public figure, even regular people are feeling like they need a "personal brand" in order to appear like something.Today, every visual is a campaign. We see it even here on TFS where social media content gets posted as campaigns even though they will never be run in magazines. All of that for campaigns that have a run of 2/3 months max!
