please tell me the purple is actually the new blue/indigo, not really purple. when i bought the new blue i asked the shop if there's a purple, and they said the blue was closest to purple. if they actually made a purple i'd kill them!!

i like the moncler too but i just couldn't bring myself to buy it with that price tag.

^Green and petrol are actually two different colours for the spy.
Petrol is nearer to blue while green is well, green

Anyone send their Spy to be refurbished? My cognac is getting really worn. Where should I send it to?

I sent mine back to NM. They sent it to Fendi repair or their own ... I forget which. I took FOREVER, and cost about $120 (I needed the handle fixed, too).

I'll try to remember to post pics; it looks better, but definitely not as good as brand new.

ladies, i just bought the new indigo spy. SO GORGEOUS. i can imagine why someone said it's the purple spy - there are some great purple undertones in mine. it is truely a blueberry color, as that has both blue and purple in it. i will take pics tomorrow and post.

thanks ladies! i love the color so much! honestly, i love it more than petrol. i owned the petrol hobo for a while but sold it at some point. the color just didn't speak to me. but this color, gosh, it's so fun to look at b/c it's very different indoor and outdoor as well as having the purplish undertone. i can't wait for the bag to make it's debut in public! now i need to figure out how i am going to start using this bag without bf noticing that it's a new bag. he recognizes the spy right away because of the handles. (he thinks they look like ram horns...i don't see the resemblance...).

Best bag of the year - Reader's Choice: Fendi Spy

Though everyone and their mother had one, real and fake, you have to admit the 'Fendi Spy' was the best bag of the year. The innovative design, unique knotty handles and that adorable flap/coin purse made it haute.

Would you recommend refurbishing the spy? I'm thinking of getting my cognac spy refurbished but I'm hoping that the refurbishing will help even out the fading. Pls post pics of your spy if possible ... thanks so much in advance!
