Don't like flip flops of almost any kind Where I grew up fishmongers, butchers, merchants at the wet market wear them so when i see a pair of flip flops I think of slimy wet floors... fishy smell... sweaty people.. chicken feathers... you get my point

*shrugs* I guess if you're wearing them to the beach, or to the supermarket..or even on a day where you feel like dressing down.. that's ok. What I don't get is when a girl is all dressed up with their hair styled.. wearing full makeup.. with accessories, etc.. and they wear flip flops! I mean, why dont they get a pair of nice sandals instead? Those are much classier IMO.

I actually tried on a pair of the kitten heeled flipflops the other day for fun, and they were soo painful! The thing between the toes were really hard and the arch of the sandal was at a really weird angle! NOT FOR ME! (or for anyone that wants comfort!) Well, that's my opinion.....

I use the super-cheap Dollar Store flip-flops in my garden in the summer, when I am weeding and stuff, because then I can wash my feet and my shoes with the garden hose before I go in the house, and just kick my shoes off at the front door.

I also like to wear them when I wash the car.

I don't wear them in public, though, because I have horribly ugly feet.
