i think it depends on your personality...for some it's good to be accountable- but for others it becomes an obsessive unhealthy nightmare....counting calories in my head is nightmare enough. online trackers- get it away from me!!!1:p
 
i think its good if you keep it personal, i woulnt want to share it with the world.. but i can see how it might help track your progress
 
yeah i agree with that - like it depends on the individual. do u guys think the example i posted is a healthy one or does the girl sound a bit deluded?:blink:
 
I have do try to write what my daily food intake is 'cos it but guess what ... I miss most days!:blush: In fact, I think I probably have more recipes on my blog that food intake records. :lol:

yeah moi aussi, but yay, i joined a gym today so my new regime is starting tomorrow:o
