Sometimes I find that I hardly feel pain at all, when usuallyI hurt like hell. I wonder why this is.

I'm the same. I don't really feel energetic per se (or maybe that's because I'm feeling lazy and justifying that 101 other women feel tired during that time, I should too), but when I start on a cardio exercise, I can go on and on and on ... without feeling really tired at all.FrockRadar8 said:I feel strangely energetic the day I'm abotu to start my cycle. Anyone else? It's really odd, I actually workout and stay up late. Maybe it's natures way of telling me not to take those non-cycle days for granted...
I'm not sure what the position is called, but on the box of Yogi Moon Cycle Tea (which helps relieve cramps and bloating and even helps with fatigue) there is a period relief pose where you lie on your back with knees to chest. Remember to breathe. It works like a charm every time!fleur137 said:i love child's pose too! ppl say exercise is good at that time but sometimes i just don't feel like it(esp when i'm bloating and cramping...)anyway, anymore yoga stuff that's good?
