Very nice collection with great cuts and fabrics. Still nothing totally new from him :/

The proportions are terrible-- especially the moo-moo halter dresses. And that dress with his portrait on it seems so out of place with the Armani label, more appropriate for Emporio, no? If the clothes look that unflattering on models, I can't see how things will look better on his typical clientele.

Armani seems to be either a strong hit, or strong miss with me. This collection looks to be a definite miss with me. But I'm sure the clothes will be typically Armani-elegant once in the stores, as always.

I think the coats and jackets are the best peices in the collection but I am underwelmed with the rest of the collection. The proportions seem to be off which is something I dont expect to see from Armani.

There are quite a few garments with construction and fit issues, distractingly so. Come on, this is unacceptable , the House of Armani sells enough underwear and cologne that they should be able to employ good seamstresses and tailors!

I really like the bohemian looks starting with the tops of the last two garments in post #2 and most of the garments in post #3.

Did he actually have a hand in this? Some of the proportions are so bad that I find it hard to believe? It looks very amateurish for him and badly edited. As much as I'm not really a fan of his, I can say that his proportions and construction are usually impeccable, not the case here though. And it just looks like a team of designers trying to do Armani, it lacks "life" I guess.

***somebody call the fashion police***
...those pants should be outlawed...

:ninja:

^ LOL! You're not wrong there!

Just say NO to cropped flares! :D

Other than that, not a bad collection, at all, IMO and very nice, in places.

mr. armani has retreated quite a bit from his blue spectacular last season. i suppose it's alright for a collection here or there to look half done since he still gives us at least one stand out show each season between the three labels he presents for each fashion season. i'll allow for a lackluster giorgio armani show if he can keep turning out armani prive shows that make the mind race like that last one.

I really do not like this at all. Maybe it's just the styling, but I don't feel like this flatters any of the models, even my girl Coco.
