Golden Globes Awards 2010

Ugh really ? Stop kissing Cameron's a**! Inglourious Basterds or the Hurt Locker were robbed and GG has really lost their credibility.

I haven´t seen Avatar but it looks like it´s about quantity and not quality... I prefer a good script and good performances over special effects...

I'm so PO's right now. Avatar is not a Globe type film. I saw Up In The Air last night and it was great. The Hurt Locker is apparently amazing. Inglorious Basterds is awesome. Avatar is a popcorn movie. Yes this is so sucking up to cameron's a**.

I'm off to bed.

I thought Avatar was going to win...

Has everybody here seen it? The story was actually pretty good...

And Up in the Air was good, but a fairly simple story.. I don't see Oscar written all over it.

Oh, and Reese - she looked perfect. Perfect for Reese. Flawless for Reese.

finally decided on a top ten best dressed list. quite a disappointing year to be quite honest

Are you actually saying that another movie's story was simple while at the same complimenting Avatar for having a good story?:ninja::sick: Avatar had the most simplistic story of any movie this year that is up for any kind of awards. Nothing subjective about that.

It was a much better red carpet than last year's. I loved January Jones Lanvin's  but I wish she had kept the runway lenght, and Sandra Bullock looked perfect in the BV dress, something more high fashion would have looked wrong on her (remember that lanvin :doh), Chloë Sevigny also looked lovely although I hate myself for liking Valentino.

And I got to say that the Nina Riccis and Vionnet were really good too.

Meryl Streep and Helen Mirren perfect

I LOVE sanda bullock's look!
& anyone else notice alllll the shades of purple & pink (red is a share of pink technically, haha)?

I guess Gerard Butler and Jennifer Aniston are getting a W cover.:sick:
Hopefully it's not the march issue, although it probably is since the movie comes out on march 19th.

Avatar is sh*t. And I didn't catch Ginnifer "Fetch" Goodwin wear Vionnet, and I love her more now. And this night, specifically because of Avatar and Sandra Bullock, was emotionally grueling. It's like three or four awards that didn't go well in my universe but that was enough to piss me the hell off.

But despite of that I just wanna say that even if she was only in one great movie and three other great ones, Sally Hawkins gets a free pass to do and wear anything she wants. That dress, love. I even like her over Tilda.

My Top Ten Dressed.

christina hendricks - christian siriano

That dress was Christian Siriano? Wow, I'm super surprised, since Christina was my favourite of the night! He's getting his dresses out on the red carpet already.
