I dont get what she means whe she says "Digs the perfect 12 year old"?

i think it's in reference to meredith's build and looks. she's not curvy or womanly... her figure is like a little girl/boy. the "perfect" part i guess alludes to the fact that she is essentially a woman (intelligence, maturity). hope that made sense. it's somewhat of an oxymoron.
