Oh my heavens. What has she done to herself. In my opinion, she was better looking before the surgeries. Her breasts are simply too large and her brow lift makes her look like she's half asleep.

I'm all for those who decide to have plastic surgery (I've had my nose done), but in my opinion she went over-board.

C'mon people, some of these comments are just ridiculous.
Did Heidi go overboard with so much plastic surgery? Of course.
But does she look terrible? Of course NOT.
Her breasts are now exaggeratedly huge, but other than that, she looks alright.

And why are people blaming Spencer for this? Doesn't the woman have mind of her own???
She underwent all these procedures because she wanted to. Whether it's the result of insecurity or simply wanting to look better than before, she did it because she wanted to.

I read somewhere that she wants her boobs even bigger! Obviously DDD isn't big enough for her!

There was nothing wrong with the way she looked before, so god knows why she would do this to herself.

I wonder if we will get pics of Spencer having some work done.

I don't believe she looks awful, but as I noted before she simply went overboard.

She is already a thin woman, and with her DDD breasts... there are no words. Too much. Nonetheless, I believe in a few years she may regret having so large thus reducing her size to something that suits her tiny frame.

I could type three pages of text about how wrong this is. Men need to stop pressuring women into thinking this way. You don't need plastic in your body to validate you as a woman. People Magazine is just sleazy and gross. Heidi, you didn't need to do this. You were beautiful.
