She looked so much better before.
A nose job, yes. Another boob job for sure and I would guess there was something done to her chin as well.

eww I hate what she did to herself. Is she trying to make herself look like your average playboy bunny because if so she so succeeded then. And yes, she looks older.

I wonder what she'll look like in a few years time...
for god's sake she is 23 years old... its all about natural look at this point..
where are her parents? i know she is a grown-up woman, but she doesnt behave like one. her parents are well-grounded. they should constantly check up on her, dont leave her with spencer for a long time.. especially when her mother doesnt like him AT ALL and does not accept their lifestyle and his painful behavior...
you are all probably going to say that they cant interrupt 'cause she is an adult and a married woman to add, but c'mon!

omg...
...all those plastic surgery toghether are just insane, but i have to say that probabily a liposuction, botox, a brow lift or a nose job are "normal" and a lot more frequent in a certain crowd, the difference is that other people, at least not the attention-wh*re like heidi&spencer, don't tell it to the world and do a magazine-spread about that(the pics of heidi&spencer in the hospital is pure madness).....becasue if you think at other celebrity, most of them has done something (lindsay lohan,ashlee simpson,audrina,olivia palermo,paris hilton, mariah carey, megan fox, demi moore.. and the list could go on for ever!)
now it's a fact that this second breast impland is totally ridicolous,it just don't fit her tiny body frame, and the same goes for the nose job, wich is soo wrong..so now she basically looks like a p*rno-star/stripper..and not even one the most classy..

It's odd to read positive comments about her former looks when the one time I wandered in her thread it was filled with remarks about how attractive she was. I feel some are praising her before look to enforce an idea of decadence, of spoiled chances, of corrupted innocence.
On the contrary, this latest development isn't some tragic perversion but a natural development in a life that ceased to be promising a long time ago.
Imho, she was never a pretty girl. That should never have been a problem if she had something to offer beside a physical shell, instead of being/behaving like a vacuous, empty, charmless person. Without getting deep into scripted MTV drivel, my understanding is that she also is a rather deceitful and treacherous person. What's not to love?
I certainly do get that undergoing such extensive physical mutilations for the sake of a tabloid cover is the expression of deep internal troubles but I still don't feel sorry for her.
Like many of her contemporaries who believe anything can be fixed by a make-over, she decided to deal with her self-esteem issues the laziest way possible. Instead of putting all that money into a further education so she could gain some intellectual clout, into learning a set of skills or into getting involved in a gratifying project, (things that would have improved her sense of self-worth and as a bonus would have made her a less useless member of society, but have the downside of requiring will, time and effort), she just took the short-cut of a few nip and tuck. If you think about it, the way she chose to spend her money mirrors the way she earned it.
For the record I have nothing against plastic surgery (I have defended its use in the past), as long as the people who use it understand it's not going to make you a better or more worthwhile person, and that improving the outside doesn't mean you can stop working on the inside, something that obviously totally escape Heidi.
I also don't get why people assume she's a victim of men. Yes her husband is a first-class creep but I've seen no evidence that she isn't just as desperate and twisted as he is, and choose to associate with him as a conscious plea for attention. Getting together with him was the best thing she's ever done in term of publicity and they've both exploited their life together for the benefit of press coverage. If Heidi is suffering from an emotional disease, so is Spencer. If you are going to present her as a victim then you should do the same with her idiotic husband.
She isn't a victim just because she's a woman. Women aren't feeble minded and perpetually immature creatures who can't consciously and independently make decisions for themselves, even self-destructive ones.
Lastly, even after writing that long-winded rant, I am fully aware that I (and everybody on this thread) have given these two waste of space exactly what they were seeking: attention. They're gotten exactly what they wanted as all of us took the bait.

I find it funny how when she was asked if she was worried about the public's reaction to her makeover, she responded; "People can say whatever they want, But I'm the one that's living in my skin." Um, Heidi, couldn't the same be said when people were supposedly putting down your looks pre-plastic surgery?
Does she think that her new look is going to sell albums? She did this for her 'career', the main thing that sells is talent, yes sex appeal may play a part in selling a sort of image, but image will never get someone as far as talent does. Really, I can compare right now with certain stars.
She can't even use Britney Spears as an example. Because, Britney Spears in her prime, was a huge performer. Her shows were huge.

in her case i think she definitly needs mental help.
when she says she wants to be perfect and does that to herself it s obvious that there s something wrong with her.
i have nothing against plastic surgery but to have 10 different things done at once in one day that screams a lot of things.
i honestly think that she was better before, but something tells me spencer has a lot to do with this.
let s hope she s done with going under the knife at least not until get gets old and wrinkly.

oh and one last thing, no matter how i feel about this i think it s pretty brave of her to undergo such an operation knowing how many people died recently of conplications following surgery

i was wondering why we didn t see any pix of them lately...
The sad thing is she'll probably read all the criticism of how 'horrible' she looks now, and, if she really is suffering from BDD, she'll interpret the remark in the most self-destructive way possible: I need more surgery to fix this.
And I know when people say she looked better before, they are saying it because they think she didn't need the surgeries in the first place, but someone with BDD would intepret it as well if I apparently looked better before when I was ugly, than I must look absolutey hideous now.
Anyway, I don't even know much about her, but I hope she doesn't have BDD, because it's an awful disorder for anyone to have. But the fact that she wants her boobs done again (the 3rd time?), and she's already had revisions on previous surgeries, is particulary worrying.
