susie_bubbleBlanchedubois, I think your view is a little simplistic. the 'interesting stuff' coming from the big names? That is very dismissive of all the talent tha NYC has to offer. I'll admit, NYC does bore me only because they seem to focus coverage on the collections that never deserve it or names that have been bandied about in American fashion press as 'hot'. Either things need to be a lot more democratic or yes, perhaps the number of designers need to be decreased..... there doesn't seem to be a conclusion to the article......

I know it might sound simplistic, but I have a problem with what everyone calls "new talent" or "real designs", if you know me from the TFS you should know I'm a girl who prefers watch at a Versace show than any London show...but that's my taste
