You definitely have to have a good body to pull this off, but I'm not too sure if I actually like the style on myself. I much prefer highwaisted skirts, pref pencil skirts...love the look!

I think high-waist jeans (as opposed to mid-rise) are more difficult to pull off than high-waist skirts or trousers for most. I like all three, however...in terms of denim, I prefer them with a wide leg. Like the white Karen Walker jeans above, and the Grey Ant ones I've seen so far.

sweetie you have a beautiful body...but please dont insult it by wearing those...i love high waists but the way those jeans are made...well let me just say steve urkel would love em. Try the straight wider leg acne or the ones on bebe, you would totally rock those , and look so cool and glamourous just a suggestion.

Anyone have information about the Cheap Monday "skyscraper" jeans? I've searched all over and can't find anything!
How high are they? I really need to buy a new pair of high-waisted jeans and I can't find any that are cheap.. the Eiffel IMO is a little too high.

i have the white karen walker high waisted skinnies (same in that pic in post #85 but mine are skinny leg)... they are hottttttttt. I personally don't like the cheap monday ones... some how they look a little bit 'cheap'?

I must say that i do cringe sometimes when i look at my bum in them... i'm a size U.S 2 and they make me think that i need to lose weight when really i dont! I also have 2 Karen Walker high waisted skirts, love them as well.
My boyfriend hates anything high waisted, haha! :-D
