its not about tradition, you can wear a hijab however you want to but it shouldnt be something that draws attention to you as that is hypocritical because of the reasons for wearing one. i admit that some of these innovations are really exciting but it doesnt seem right to make a hijab into something ostenatious and to wear one with fitted, tight clothing. (e.g. shieka moza)

and you never find them anywhere online cause they're usually custom-made.^Darn! That ad is too funny.
I love the time around Eid, btw. The girls really pile on the sequins and the boys clean up very nicely instead of the usual ghetto-stuff they wear![]()
so true!!
more like Riyadhhahahso true!!
Oh the Ida, I'm doubtful that you live in Denmark!more like Riyadh
That's life in the ghetto! Sandstorms is the only thing that's missing, otherwise this is the real deal
It looks really odd, I must say
I agree, since it is Haute Couture you really do not expect it to be something basicOf course they are! That Geisha-thing was getting old...
And since it is haute couture, I don't really mind it being exaggerated.

I live about 4 miles from that Nordstrom. I am always amazed at in that they wear a head scarf and True Religion jeans with the horse shoe on the butt pockets a size too small with Bebe 5 inch heels with platforms... It is also weird seeing one with just eye slit/robe thingy (like burkaish) buying make-up at Nordstrom wearing designer shoes. Their husbands wear shorts and short sleve shirts and sandals.
