hmm 1-1,5 hour (all included) ?

Weaknesses ?
I like hot drying showers,
I'm not very thorough when it comes to applying bodylotion,
and I hate that initial heavy sensation of facial creams (so I probably under apply)
I did have a tendency to pick at my skin (not so much anymore)

Strenghts ?
I think I've figured my skin out so I'd say using the right products is a strenght

Any personal beauty secrets ?
Not sure I'd call it a secret, but gentle skin products are better for you !

^^^ lol same here. I still like advices though. Its not like we're gonna be young forever. I stopped smoking and I'm flipping out when I get a sunburn. I love be tanned, but I always, always 100% of time wear hats in summer.

Weaknesses ? :ermm:

Strengths ? I use a facial scrub every day (could be harsh, but it works ok for me!)

Any personal beauty secrets ? I think less is more, the less products you use, the less your skin needs.

Water ? I try to drink 2 litres a day (and spend most of the day running to the loo :innocent: :lol: )

Alcohol ? Not very often

Cigarettes? Never

Vitamin Supplements? Cod Liver oil

I eat meat, but not that often

Weaknesses ? I should eat more healthy in terms of the old 5 a day fruit and vegatables!
Eating late at night.

Water ? I should drink more, but still drink a fair amount...I usually have the right amount in the summer.

Do people guess you to be younger or older than your actual age ? Older but I'm 18...so it's not so much my skin/wrinkles etc that they'd judge on, rather my look and how I dress; so it's not really relevant.

Weaknesses ? I should probably apply Body Lotion more often and I don't always put my make-up off before I go to bed-too tired:lol:

Strenghts ? I use facial cream every day and facial mask once a week so my skin is very clean and soft

Any personal beauty secrets ? Not too exciting but don't change the facial cream too often, so ur skin can get used to your cream. I stick to my L'OREAL Happy Derm since quite some time because it's perfect for my skin.


EATING ETC HABITS
Water ? I drink at least one litre a day, sometimes even more, but I can't drink only water all day.
Alcohol ? Regularly but not too much.
Cigarettes? Nah I don't smoke.
Vitamin Supplements? No
Carnivor / Vegetarian / Vegan ? Vegetarian
Weaknesses ? I often eat late at night and sometimes skip meals
Strenghts ? I eat very healthy and drink a lot of water. I'm very proud that I eat almost no junk food anymore since quite some time.

Gym or Swimming: 2 times a week
Except that I dance a lot and sit ups almost every day.

I rarely drink alcohol, I drinks lots of water and eats many fruits and veggies, moisturize my skin several times a day. My only down fall is sleep. I need to get a recommended 8 hours.

Weaknesses ? I neglect my feet despite my shoe obsession...
Strenghts ? I am extremely meticulous and am always looking for a better product. I always seek out the best option.
Any personal beauty secrets ? I get told that I "glow". It is due to my raw food diet, natural skin care regime and yoga practice. I also use a skin brush, which makes my skin extra soft and toned.

EATING ETC HABITS
Water ? Lots of water and herbal teas.
Alcohol ? Only 4 months of the year, whilst I am in Sydney. :D
Cigarettes? No.
Vitamin Supplements? I only ever take whole food supplements. Nothing synthetic. I take MSM, silica, vitamin C, coconut oil and sometimes a multi vitamin derived from whole foods.
Carnivor / Vegetarian / Vegan ? Vegan
Weaknesses ? Sometimes I will eat too many fats.
Strenghts ? I have been researching nutrition for years, and consider myself to be extremely knowledgeable in this area.

If yes what and how often? 90 minute yoga classes at least 5 times per week and 2-3 times a week I will do a pilates class. I also take ballet and dance classes whenever I have the time.

SKINCARE ROUTINE
Time you spend on your skin on a daily basis: About an hour a day; that's including my morning and night routine.
Weaknesses ? I probably use too many products on my face and have no idea what would be best for my skin.
Strengths ? Erm... having super oily skin (won't get so wrinkly when I am old) and being half Chinese (will nearly always look younger than I am). Wearing no make-up unless it is a special event.
Any personal beauty secrets ? Not really, no.

EATING ETC HABITS
Water ? I only drink water and occasionally fruit juice.
Alcohol ? None.
Cigarettes? No, but I'm probably damaged by passive smoking, anyway.
Vitamin Supplements? No.
Carnivor / Vegetarian / Vegan ? Omnivore (meat, vegetables and fruits).
Weaknesses ? A lot of the time I am tempted by sweet things and sometimes crisps (potato chips).
Strengths ? Can't think of any.

EXERCISE
Yes/No ? I used to, but due to privacy and time I won't be able to for a while.
If yes what and how often? When I move to Canada there will be a free gym available, so I will probably try and visit it a few times a week.

Does your enviroment / climate factor in when you take care of your looks and health? Yes/No : Yes, stress from having no privacy, commuting to university, and there being a lot of noise is what I would blame for most of my breakouts. :( Unfortunately these three things can't be avoided.
Pollution? Yes; my skin always gets worse after commuting to university in London with all that pollution!
Harsh winds ? Yes, it dries out my normally mega oily skin and makes my lips even worse (they are normally chapped :( ).
Dry / Humid ? Humidity makes my skin even oilier than it already is.
Sun ? Also makes my skin produce more oil. Maybe that is why my face doesn't tan as quick as the rest of me; all the oil reflects everything back. :lol:

Weaknesses ? I have rosacea and I don't always avoid the sun or some of it's other triggers like spicy food, alcohol and caffiene.
Strenghts ? I can usually get away without wearing foundation or blush or any of that business. My skin usually has pretty nice colouring despite the rosacea.
Any personal beauty secrets ? Water, sleep, omega-3 supplements, a great moisturizer and a scarf in the winter.

Water ? Always, always, always. Water is so important
Alcohol ? On occasion. In moderation though.
Cigarettes? Never
Vitamin Supplements? I take a multi-vitamin every day and omega-3 fatty acid supplements
Carnivor / Vegetarian / Vegan ? Omnivore. Red meat very rarely.
Weaknesses ? I should eat more veggies. I do get them in, just not every day.
Strenghts ? I drink a pantload of water and eat lots of fresh fruit and my skin shows it.

If yes what and how often? I do yoga, cardio and weight training at least 4-5 times per week

How often do you get your hair looked after (trims, toned, coloured, highlights, cuts etc) Every 5 weeks I get my hair coloured and highlights put in. Every 4 months or so I get a trim.

ENVIROMENT
Does your enviroment / climate factor in when you take care of your looks and health? Yes/No : Yes. I use a heavier cream on my face in the cold Canadian winter, and I always, always have a scarf over my face when outside (in the winter). I wear sunscreen in the summer and try to stay out of the direct sunlight (usually).
Pollution? Yeah, I don't really worry about pollution affecting my looks much.
Harsh winds ? SCARVES!! So important to keep the brutal cold wind off the face.
Dry / Humid ? I have a humidifier at home to combat the dryness created by indoor heating in the winter
Sun ? I try to seek shade and wear sunscreen in the summer

Yes / No ? Only when on vacation and to prepare for it.

Do you get enough sleep ? I try to. I have a hard time staying asleep for long periods of time. Usually I wind up getting 6-7 hours per night.

Do members of your family age gracefully or not ? They have nice skin, yes. But they eat too much!! I hope it's not genetic.

Does your routines make you feel young and healthy ? I'm 25 going on 26 in two weeks (eep!) and I'm routinely mistaken for 21 and even younger. When I was 24 someone mistook me for 17 at a wine show. The security guards wanted to boot me until I showed them two pieces of ID! Also just last month a 15 year old told me she thought I was 17. I wanted to makeout with her on the spot. That would be illegal though.
