Oprah did a very interesting show on this today. To stay young Dr. Oz recommends no foods with sugar, hydrogenated oils, animal fat, enriched flour or corn syrup.

SKINCARE ROUTINE
Time you spend on your skin on a daily basis : about 30 min
Weaknesses ? I have extremely sensitive skin, so I get wierd issues sometimes, plus I was a picker during my teens, and sometimes I still do, mostly with blackheads, but still :doh:
Strenghts ? I have a good skin-care routine I think, and I've discovered the right products for me - always simple, and either organic, or hyperallergenic
Any personal beauty secrets ? ACV for the hair, and salt scrubbed very gently once a week on the face - but these aren't really secrets, check out the Household Beauty Recipes thread!

EATING ETC HABITS
Water ? at least 1½ litres per day, but often more than that + herbal teas
Alcohol ? on weekend-nights out and on special occasions, not much though
Cigarettes? not a smoker, but can't get past the second hand smoke when out in town :(
Vitamin Supplements? at the moment only A-Z vitamins
Carnivor / Vegetarian / Vegan ? everything, but vegetarian when poor :D
Weaknesses ? chocolate! ice cream! + french pastry (feeling guilty today!) + I don't always get all the fruits and vegetables I should.
Strenghts ? fast metabolism :clap: and health conscious - I hardly ever eat junk food (unless you count a good pizza a junk food? let's say not)

EXERCISE
Yes/No ? yeees... but very sporadically at the moment
If yes what and how often? walking to places, yoga, and I used to dance ballet regularly...

When I am with my sister (who is 15) people sometimes ask if we're twins. But at my present work, the other interns who are a couple years older than me thought I was their age. I am 22.

Weaknesses ? i really should use better quality problems and blackheads on my nose that just wont go!!
Strenghts ?ive moisturised since i was about 12 and i always take my makeup of before bed

Strengths ? : I never leave my skin with make up on.
Any personal beauty secrets ? Wash your butts with olive oil mixed with lemon and table salts

Water ? : I drink 1,5 l minimum per day.
Alcohol ? : It depends. For social dinner a glass of wine is okay.
Cigarettes? : never.
Vitamin Supplements? : I take vitamins whenever I remember, which isn't often...
Carnivor / Vegetarian / Vegan ? : All. No restrictions
Weaknesses ? : Chocolates.
Strenghts ? : I eat salad almost everyday.

EXERCISE

If yes what and how often? 3 times a week I do brisk walking after 7 pm, once a week I go to dance class (hip hop). And every sunday I play tennis.
