SKINCARE ROUTINE
Time you spend on your skin on a daily basis : About half an hour? Less sometimes.....
Weaknesses ? It's pretty sensitive so I have to be very careful about which products I use.
Strengths ? Usually, it's very clear.
Any personal beauty secrets ? It doesn't hurt to take a little break from your skincare regime and use only water for a while instead.
EATING ETC HABITS
Water ? Usually I drink enough, but sometimes I'm way too busy with other stuff that I completely forget.
Alcohol ? In moderation.
Cigarettes? Sometimes, sadly
Vitamin Supplements? No.
Carnivore / Vegetarian / Vegan ? Vegetarian
Weaknesses ? Chocolate. I love it, but unfortunately, it can affect my skin quite a bit.
Strengths ? Generally, I eat healthily. Also, I have a fast metabolism so I don't need to constantly worry/stress about weight.

PAMPERING/MAINTANENCE

Have facials (if yes how often)? yes, not often.
Go to Spa's (if yes how often)? yes, not often.
Have massages (if yes how often)? yes, not often. But, I used to go for them a lot more because my back used to constantly ache.
Get your nails done (if yes how often)? sometimes. I don't mind doing them myself.
How often do you get your hair looked after (trims, toned, coloured, highlights, cuts etc) I get split ends pretty quickly so I have to go for a trim every month or so.
ENVIROMENT
Does your enviroment / climate factor in when you take care of your looks and health? Yes/No : Yes. The climate here in London is somewhat unpredictable, to say the least....
Pollution? Yes.
Harsh winds ? Not so much, no.
Dry / Humid ? Humid.
Sun ? Yes. I find it has a rather positive effect on my skin and health.
