How Do You Wear Your Prada Trick/robot?

I don't get it...anyone could make similar out of bits of hardware, string, beads, feathers and other found objects. I mean, yes they are cute and all, but if I wanted a little whimsy like that, I'd raid my junk-drawer and concoct a doo-dad from the bits and bobs I have just hanging around my house.

Hmm lets see. I bought these vintage plastic Keychain in the shape of an ice cream cone AND a Bubble Gum Machine complete with color for 20 CENTS combine at Goodwill. I attach both to the front loop of my jeans and voila! Except I lost the Bubble gum machine one now and Im depressed  Imagine if I lost a $175 Prada one!.

Sorry but the Prada one just make me sick, its just prove to me how greedy many designers are in this world, the keychain you posted only cost $10 if you made it yourself, no point in being overcharge hundred of dollars. Plus it looks too trendy for me like Ponchos and Uggs. I'm not willing to shell out $50 bucks for a couple of Coach keychains I adore neverless $200 manufacture crap but to each their own opinion.

Exactly. It hurts my head just trying to understand the thought process behind buying one. Even if I was a millionaire, I'd still feel like I was wasting my money.

I think if you can buy nylon bag for $500, you can buy these stuff. Just the same idea, I'm sure prada nylon bag probably does not cost more than $10 to manufacture as well.

haha!! exactly why i'd much prefer to buy a bag from lesportsac any day.

Visited Prada shop today, they got several of them. I just got this one for my bag, his name is Johnny. :innocent: [attachmentid=32827]

I myself agree with what has been said here...if you can make something or get it for a cheaper price then I don't see any point in buying an expensive item like this one. You're only paying the designer and store...
