I get an average of 8-9 hours, I could do with more though. I think that a few hours of GOOD sleep is more valuable that 10 hours of shallow or disturbed sleep.
8-9 hours is enough for me, sometimes less, but never more, I don't feel good when I sleep to long. But unfortunately I usually get no more than 7 hours (love stayin up late but hate waking up too late!).
4-6 hours on weekdays unless I have an exam in which case it's more like 0. On weekends I sleep anywhere from 6-12 hours depending on how my week was and what my plans are.
I have sleep problems so I take sleeping pills on weekends after a hard week at school or if I know I'm going out that night and need a good nights rest beforehand.
doesnt matter when i go to sleep.. always up at 6-630.
normally ill get my 7-8 hours.
much better than my old habits where i was lucky to get 1 hour a night.. im so much healthier and better off now. my skin, everything has improved.
4-5 hours everyday, sometimes less my work leaves me incredibly sleepdeprived.
but whenever it's a weekend i try to make up for it. i can sleep for 12 hours straight
I love sleeping but I find it really hard to actually fall asleep. On weekdays I usually only get 3,5-6 hours.. On weekends I try to get between 8 and 10 hours per night.
