How Often Do You Have Your Hair Trimmed / Styled?

im going on four months. but im growing my hair out! i dont plan on trimming it until i get the perfect length..(mind you, my hair is still healthy).
im sure my hairstylist wants me to trim 'regularly' = more business for him!

Whenever I get my hair cut, I schedule my next appointment in 3 months. But I always get busy and have to push it back. I always find myself extending the length of time between appointments. The last time I went, I had a 8 month gap. My stylist said it didn't seem or look like it was that long since I last saw her.

I get it colored twice a year (it is just my natural dark blonde and I get a little toning and half-head highlights a few shades lighter.

Cut every 2-3 months? I try to keep it neat but I am busy and it's expensive .

edit: I just recently chopped of my hair to a sienna-esque bob so it needs maintaining. When I had it long I could go 4 months.

I get my hair cut every 5 weeks (I have short hair) and I get highlights every 3 months. I have standing appointments so I never miss a cut/color

i have mine trimmed mostly fortnightly and coloured when it looks like it needs doing.the advantages of having a mum whos a hairdresser

I am terrible.
My stylist is always scolding me for waiting too long between haircuts.
But I am poor sometimes!
I would say I go every 4 months or so, but I am lucky and have healthy hair so I don't think it's looks like I wait that long.

All depends I used to have a longer hairstyle so had it cut every six months as my hair stays in really good condition. Since I had a shorter style I will have to get it done every three months. I tend to trim my fringe (bangs) myself every few days.
