Who is Leslie and Sunshine? I'm confused....

Leslie = Leslie Sloane-Zelnick
Sunshine = Ken Sunshine

Both are very powerful publicists. Leslie does Blake's PR and Ken does Leo's. Ken's the reason why most of Leo's playboy exploits have been mostly kept under wraps. And Leslie's done wonders for Blake as well. In all her interviews now, Blake's painted as the happy, laidback, anything-goes girl, but in one of her earlier features, that wasn't the case:

Blake does give off a "star of the show" vibe that could inspire pedestal-knocking. Sitting in a swivel chair in the makeup room at Silvercup Studios, as her hairstylist carefully curls, then straightens, her superabundant blonde extensions, Blake is extremely cheerful, but a little edgy. We are informed that photographs are not allowed until she’s in full makeup, despite the fact that she looks great pretty much all the time. "We’ll let you know when we’re ready," she trills. ("Blake," we had heard a production assistant saying earlier, "is not laid-back.")

Nowadays, any article about Blake is like, "Karl is so inspired by Blake. Blake has the most beautiful hair and legs. Anna Wintour thinks Blake is so stylish. Everyone loves Blake. She bakes cookies for everyone." Total image control.

And this is the only Lainey article I really remember being posted that day. If there's another one, you'll probably find it being discussed on ONTD, just search the Blake Lively tag.

this article was few days after. all of her other blake articles are there on the site, but this one is totally removed.i can't remember what day it was, but i think it was last week.

The NY Mag article that little Blake bon mot is from...was fantastic! None of the cast would ever allow that much access now, but NY Mag was smart to jump on the GG bandwagon early and they got FULL access to a young cast dropped into NY with everything at their disposal. i didn't manage to read it before she took it down.it was one of the first ones she posted that day.

She posted something about how she had to field some calls that made her cranky. I was thinking it had something to do with Leo/Blake and possibly even Matthew Vaughn...she laid into him and January. He's certainly hasn't been shy about getting his lawyer to squash rumors. Hmmm...

I'm surprised none of the stuff she writes has jeopardized her position with CTV.

I just read it. Brilliant, yet kind of sad now when you think of the route Taylor Momsen took or how Blake is social-climbing and doesn't seem very friendly with the cast.

what did she say about MV and JJ?

about CTV - i think she just cooperates with them, i don't think she's fully employed there. she became more/less known for her stuff and she's keeping it on her site, and from those few times i saw her on TV she never mentioned anything gossip-y that could be put in the general connection with her site, but yeah, she did say some of the stars threat with not going to CTV cus of her stories, i do remember that. seems CTV's more fond of Lainey than, lets say, Renee?

I so agree with you, can you imagine what Blake's attitude is like now, that she is with Leo, that must be epic! Although like Tina Fey said "talent is not transmitted sexually". LOL. oh no, i misunderstood you then or the other way around.
there was an article about blake and leo on tuesday (now i remember cus it was the day liveblog went) which mysteriously disappeared from her site few hours after she posted it.

she didn't remove any articles regarding MV situation, but she did few weeks later than the others stated her mind on this.
