it's antiqued blk patent leather with a gold buckle and red inside...it was before the baguette craze when they were just testing the idea of re-launching the vintage fendi shape...that is why they only made two...i went all the way to milan and tried to buy it there after seeing the ad...only to be told that the only two in existence were being sold at the flagship store in NYC...so i rushed back and went straight to the store and bought the one that was left...whew..!!! i carried it everyday for about 5 years...it's semi-retired now...but i think it wants to come out this season to play with the new louis vuitton shoes...hee hee....!!!

it's very elegant /ladylike and rock-n-roll at the same time...good for day or night...
sort of catherine deneuve meets blondie...

It sounds amazing - you're very very lucky. Its cool that you went all the way to Millan to try and get it - you must've wanted it so much, to find out that it was actually in new york to !

i still have the ad from the magazine...

socalled...it seems they have a few sizes and the prices range from $4100 for the small one to $7000+ for the larger sizes...i'm starting to go off that lv bag now that i see who's buying them though...it seems like tacky trashy hollywood types...i don't know anymore...

that chloe bag paprika posted looks yummy yummy yummy...
