Probably Galliano, and here's my thinking. I can take the few pieces I like from his men's collection right off the runway, and have him custom make anything else I may want using his, and Dior's, ateliers.

Edit- if we're talking straight off of the rack however, I'm going with Dolce and Gabbana. Taken off of the runway, unstyled and minus the muscles, they have a wide variety of stuff and their suits are always perfect.

My friends' mother used to be a Club Monaco manager and I'd get free clothes... haha.

^ i used to work there...the knits are very low quality..always stretch out
but i agree, it's the best midrange when it comes to no nonsense shopping for women..
my friend told me this fall/winter promises to be even more luxurious and more expensive of course...

I totally hear you... that's the first thing I noticed about their clothes.
I've never been that crazy of Club Monaco. My friend (the one I was talking about) had a complete wardrobe. She and I did so many giveaways (we were about 12 years old, so we didn't need "old people's clothes"), some people considered us lucky but I didn't think it was a big deal.
