plus "the new abstractionists"... and Jared Leto by James Franco. I mean.....

Interview really dares to go for unexpected cover choices, and i applaud them for it.

Love it! Can't wait for my issue to arrive....sometime in January.

I guess it makes sense since it's the art issue but idk, I don't really like it to be honest.

I doubt I'll by it. I'm somewhat interested in the cover story and I really want to read the Jonze/Holofcener interview, but that's it. And those will probably be available to read online soon.

This makes me uncomfortable. Seems like they just matched up people at random... I hope they found something to talk about.

Jared Leto by James Franco sounds like the most pretentious thing to ever happen. But Leto does photograph well so I'll at least be looking forward to the shots.

The fashion edits better be good. The cover lineup doesn't sound too exciting.

Ugh! It's sad she just won't go away.

And the Jared Leto by James Franco sounds like the most pretentious eye-roll-inducing interview ever.

this looks great and i'm basically looking forward to every single feature, especially Spike and Pettibon by Kim Gordon. Is this already out in nyc? I need it now

It is the art issue-- so unbearable pretentiousness ought to be expected. And when I think of pretentious art, Yoko is always front and center. So, the cover is fitting.

I don't have a problem with the expected, pretentious wankfest, but that cover is very poor with its generic Photoshop effects, and nowhere near the standards of what I'm used to from American Interview. I thought it must be Interview Germany at first glance (although, this would be a huge improvement on what they usually spit out as their covers)

Even though it seems no one (myself included) is particularly interested...
