Wow. . This really a big change from the Maxim rags and "hair flowing in the wind, keeping my head down while my eyes tint up and my lips pout" look for her. I honestly don't get the hate for her, she's not a actress she's the "hot movie girl" and she knows her place in that realm of movies. I hope there's more to the editorial.

Definitely an improvement artistically to her usual sultry glamour model shoots, like for the ARMANI JEANS/LINGERIE ...but one wonders would she really cut her hair that short in a bob? not sure.........

She's a cut price Angelina Jolie. Do not get the appeal at all. Plus with the amount of photoshop that cover has, it could have been anyone that it would look exactly the same. Do not see the point of using celebrities for this type of work. Plus we've seen it millions of times. Boring as hell.

Definitely not feeling the cover... I had such high expectations. Bad angle and the bang looks just lopsided and unusual. She's not channeling one of her best looks here. Not sexy in the least bit, just cocky and self-righteous. i find it weird since she usually has so much more spunk and marketable sass. Looks like a much worse version of Mary Kate Olsen by McDean for Interview.

The preview of the editorial looks much better.

^^ Great. Very W magazine by Steven Klein...but slightly lighter and less dominatrix-like.

The shots with the Valentino and Prada dresses are amazing .

My thought, exactly, it's very Klein-esque. The angle of the shot quite bugs me, Megan's jaw looks incredibly massive, but besides this, the covershot as a whole is fairly good. I actually like the fact Megan is so metamorphosed.

I came into this thread to comment on how she has become inescapable, but I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. It's average by basic standards, but definitely a big hit in terms of Megan's magazine cover history... especially compared to that ghastly Allure.

i actually like this alot...but i also liked her story in W...
i get a bit tired of when magazines want to portray her a bombshell...i like to see her experiment and she is more suited to the soft dominatrix look more so than some other actresses i've seen trying to pull this off...
