that bag is called the luggage envelope, but i don't think the color on either of those is correct...
i've only seen that bag in olive, wine, black, and orange...

Wow! A PS11 rep! I've been waiting and waiting for one of those to show up--how exciting!

On another note, for those of you eager to remove the shine from a T&D bag, I bought some Walgreens makeup remover "towellettes" to wipe off the denim transfer on my seigle Folk bag. Lo and behold, while it mostly removed the blue denim dye, it also took the shine right off of the part of the bag I was rubbing! Perhaps another option for those of you who are looking to cut the shine on a Bal rep.

NBF told me they fixed the seigle and anthracite with the new RGGH and they will be doing blue lavande and red with the new RGGH too.

I know I'm a little bit late on this but I had to give you some support.
I'm so sorry for what you've been through! That is really really frustrating, not to say irritating. And the thought - and fear - that you won't be able to buy a bag again is... horrible.
It's sad but I feel someone can understand me now. I "suffer" from the same thing. I live in Brazil and got seized 2 times, in a period of time of 1 month.
One of them I had spent over 800 dollars. The other they sent the bags somewhere to see if they were fake - and I never heard about them anymore.
Funny thing is that before I had no problem with my orders or whatsoever, just like you.
I can tell you that here in Brazil, even if I pay for DHL shipping (which is 80 dollars for one bag), I might not receive it or I might have to pay for an abusive tax, which is not worth it.
The only help I can give you for now (before you find someone to receive your bags, and maybe mine too ) I keep searching on ioffer for bags from US buyers. The bad thing is that I can't have the ones that I really want, or I will have them like months later, when someone doesn't want it anymore. I've bought 5 bags from 5 different girls, all from J or T&D. So far so good. Three of them I received without a problem. Two are at Customs for more than 2 weeks...
Anyway, I wish you GOOD LUCK!!

Wow thanks so much for the support! Yeah I've been getting a lot of PM's from many girls (and guys) that have had the same thing happen to them. It really is unbelievably frustrating and irritating.. Especially because you get so excited about the bags and they never even turn up
But I have payed the bill now and am looking around for people who can send me a bag from the US.
Also I have ordered 3 bags from iOffer as well from US Sellers and it helped a lot, not a single problem! If the bags were sent from anywhere but Asia I think we wouldn't have a problem. Oh well..
I was thinking maybe I should just apply for a job in the Swiss Customs, then I can hide away my packages when they come

If I am allowed to be honest, I feel like the leather looks a bit stiff and the Rose Gold looks a bit too rosy, if you know what I mean.
Assuming that this is a city, because of the short shoulder strap, then I can tell you that the front zipper is completely off! Instead of having that raindrop shaped leather piece on the front zipper, there should be tassels attached. Also on each end of the bag (where the bag can be zipped shut) There should also be tassels. They too are missing!
For a bal lover I have to be honest with you.. I would not purchase this bag. If you want something similar ask the T&D about a Seigle City with Rose Gold Hardware, or try looking around for a City in Noix with Rose Gold, but I wouldn't go wasting your money on this Bal.

Maybe I am being a bit too picky and harsh, but thats my opinion. The boys really have the best Bal's, and their Seigle leather is a great batch.

The bag isn't really structured but the chain follows the bag pretty well so I guess I'd say it was straight.
