Hey folks, first off thanks to everyone who's been on the ball about the rocco. I'm in love with mine so I'm really looking forward to luggage. So I just wrote jacky a begging email!

The rocco in luggage/tobacco comes with both silver zip & brass studs and silver zip & silver studs, like Bagalicious found. I really want silver zip & silver studs (the other looks fake!!) So i sent this to Jacky:

"The authentic comes in two versions:

Luggage with strap, silver zip and gold studs
Luggage with strap, silver zip and silver studs

Would you please make the luggage with strap, silver zip and silver studs? Then it will be different for everyone who has bought your black with strap, gold zip and gold studs."

He said he'll consider it so puuuuuuurlese anyone who wants the rocco with silver & silver will you email him to ask him for that combo?

I think the silver zip and stud combo is the safest bet.
Also!! make sure the silver studs are the right shape (let Jacky know..as he might just use the silver that he already has ) there are 3 styles of studs and i think with a bit of google-ing you will be able to find the correct silver stud that goes with the luggage colored strapped rocco.
better to be safe than sorry There are lots of pics in the AW thread over on TPF.

Kimkhuu are the pics on top right and bottom left Anthra? T&D's seem spot on if they are!

Bisoubis and xooey Anthra from S/S 2010 has some blue undertones based on what Kimair said. The pics from tPF are from the rose gold thread and I took the ones for black and anthra, it's what the people who posted pics of their own bag said.

I guess there's the charcoal grey which is F/W 10 and the one with blue undertones is anthra S/S 2010. So I guess T&D's is spot on.

I spent the weekend trying to rig up a way to safely store all my bags in our tiny house -- and I don't even have a collection as enviable as some on this thread! I couldn't successful store them all up and out of the way-- seems like I have too many bags. I don't know if it's just the changing of the season but I am wanting everything that's been discussed recently!

Coco: that plum Alexa looks fool-proof auth. The leather is amazing. Congratulations I'm drooling. I want!

Luna: I didn't even want Noix until you posted that velo pic. And I'm tempted by the GRGH anthra even though I promised myself no more black and grey bags.

I've only worn my nude mulberry alexa twice and i'm already clammoring after more arm candy. *sigh* my wallet is doomed.

madbalgal: My vote is Noix GGH! The city looks all warm and sparkly. Noix seems a very relaxed neutral. Perfect with blue jeans, crip white tunic and heels. OMG these auth bags are gorgeous.

madbalgal,I would personally go with GSH. I think it's just the perfect classic combo. And would work with any type of outfit. And it transitions well from summer to winter. Another added plus is that with GSH you can be dressed up or more casual. I've seen the combo I think with seigle and GSH in person and it's gorgeous!

The silver/silver combo is so cute! Would this be black luggage? I'd like to let J know that I'm interested but I'm not quite sure if I'd like to purchase it just yet. If I email him about my interest does that mean I have to purchase it when it's available? I'm so indecisive.

I am REALLY liking the Noix.. I've been searching for pics online for the last few hours - I really can't decide between a city or a twiggy - RH of course, but just can't decide on the style!... Urrrgh.

For some reason, I was picturing some sort of black kind of color, not really sure why!

@coco109 Your plum Alexa is divine. I wanted to get an OS Alexa from Jacky but couldn't decide between oak and plum. After seeing your bag, I'll be ordering it in plum this week.

And for anyone else interested in the leather, Jacky said it was buffalo leather.

Handbagdiva- Why not look into the delightful? I heard the artsy strap hurts. If you are going to get the artsy, def get the MM size. It's bigger than the galliera PM and the galliera PM is already big for my frame. But anyway the delightful is a really nice bag, and it has pockets inside, lots!

I wonder if the authentic Darcy comes in both brass and silver.... I much prefer brass with a whiskey colored bag, but if silver is my only option, so be it!

I keep seeing people refer to the Rocco "with the strap" but doesn't the Rocco ONLY come with a strap? Isn't the strapless version called the Coco? I'm not saying I'm right here, I'm asking because I don't know and I'd like to.

AFM, I'm still LOVING my nude Alexa and my vert d'eaus and am not planning to purchase any bags in the near future except for the Darcy. I think I've whittled my collection down to the bags I totally must have and I don't want to add any new ones unless I NEED them, KWIM? It just gets too overwhelming for me to have masses of bags. I don't need and can't carry that many!!

i have only seen the darcy with silver HW.

the rocco and coco are the same bag. it was originally called the coco and AW ran into legal issues with chanel, so they changed the name to the rocco the following year. they are the exact same bag and the name(s) have nothing to do with the strap, but the duffel style (there are two different sizes in the auth though).

Jacky does not have the AW deigo available and has no plans on making it, I know this wasn't your question but just in case you or anyone else wanted to know

Luna- I really like the twiggy over the city I have both styles and lately I only carry the twiggy nice and compact and holds as much as the city and I find I am more organized as well JMO though

I did a 'search' and so far catty's isn't getting the best reviews (for braiding thickness and hw issues).

So far what I have gotten from jacky in terms of lv has been really great, but I know there are other sellers who may do something the same or better with no 5 piece minimum.

I have seen that picture...it looks fabulous to me, however somewhere on here I read that the owner purchased it for her mother and the canvas was a bit thin.

No worries on the 5 order minimum...

Kimkhuu: The Antrha with the Rh hardware. The SA in Bal told me that it was an extremely popular bag/style/color! I think it will look great with jeans and casual clothing...describes me to a "T." B)

thesiren: I know you are right I am 99% sure that I have tried on the MM before, immediately after I saw a lady in the mall carrying one. I am also almost 99% sure that I will be getting that size, I just have to reconfirm after trying them both on. It's the pics that are throwing me off...some of the GM's don't look so big for some reason. Hopefully I can get down there this week. I'll have to bribe my kids.

100mph: Do you have extra space near the top of your closet? I have an 8' ceiling in my closet, but the original shelf was at 6'. I had a second shelf built right above it. I have a little step stool that I use to get to them easier.

Luna: I did too at first! I think it's because Noir (black) is so close in spelling.

PinkPrincess113: I do like the delightful. Alot. The only thing is the vachetta around the top and the tab. The beauty of the Artsy is that there is only the vachetta handle to deal with! I will update soon once I get a chance to try them on in person. How close to auth do you feel J's pics are?

For everyone in general: Is J keen on sending pics of the actual bag he will be sending? I don't want to tick him off right off the bat.

Noir is French for Black
Noix is French for Walnut

They are so close together and we are so used to seeing "Noir" that Noix throws us off!!

Ok, so anyone buy Jacky's real python Marcie?? It looks phenomenal.
