Girls, I'm getting a Speedy 30 for my exams. In either Mono or Damier, am I right for thinking Jacky has the best ones?
I heard Joy sells good ones too but she doesn't ship to my country... any opinions on the best Mono and Damier Speedies?

xooey: I wrote to Jacky a month ago asking him to make the Oak Leopard Alexa Wallet. I sent him this picture of the pink one and now he says he is not making it. Can you please write to him and ask him to make it? I really want one in Oak. If a few of us write with interest maybe he will make it.

Also the Edna is coming in Oak really soon as well. I wanted Tomato red. Can you please write to him and ask him to make it? I appreciate it.

Dior Kiss & company: I had asked Jacky about the oak shiny leopard Alexa a month or two ago. He said he would make it then, but no bag thus far. He already has the drizzle shiny leopard Hayden, so I was hoping that making the oak shiny leopard wouldn't be too difficult. So fingers crossed! I ADORE that bag.

Finally, the postman's lock on my OS Alexa is quite loose. (Thanks to my stuffing the bag with a laptop, iPad, book, and an Alexa clutch when I used it as a carry-on.) I know I can e-mail Jacky for an extra lock, but then how do I attach it?

Hi coco109, I like the wallet you've posted. I don't mind one in Oak Leopard (not digging the pink!). I'll email Jacky to indicate my interest in it.

As for the Edna, is it a clutch or dainty shoulder bag? I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with Mulberry styles except for the Alexa and Bayswater.

A question for LV experts- I had been thinking of buying a mono speedy or NF MM, and I found out that on the auths the "LV" is never cut or obscured by a seam or buckle etc. I had a look at Catty's album and noticed her speedy had LVs on the side that went into the seam. Is that something anyone worries about? Anyone know if a certain seller has that detail correct? I was thinking that detail would be pretty noticeable since it's on the outside. Thanks

One other Catty question, does anyone know if the damier azul NF trim does or doesn't obtain a patina?

I noticed that too Postmodernista but I think it's supposed to be that way on the Speedy 30... Jacky's has it too and I saw a couple on tPF that also had cut off LV's at the top. Anyone know this for sure?

Hello..I am no means an expert in LV...But i did know that Louis Vuitton will never cut thru a monogram LV initial I have 2 Mono LV's from Catty and neither of mine have a seam running through any LV.
They align up nicely witht he pattern on either side of the seam.
No complaints with my two anyway. Pics by me.
I also have adorned my speedy with a LV necklace and I have a LV Insolence charm (i think thats what its called) on my NF MM.

Wow just read the Reuters article. How shocking.
I'd probably think that this is where they got the sellers names as we talk about these sellers with their first names. This is how I found out about NBFs and Jacky and Catty.

Ouch really? In the Speedy Modeling-thread at tPF there are some Speedies with cut off LV's...

I initially wanted to order from Catty but is it true the piping on her Mono Speedies does not patina? I heard it's not real vachetta
