Gorgeous Chupi, you wear the PS1 very well

Xooey, the day is GH feels a little lighter compared to the city with GH since it contains less hardware. The only thing that bugs me about GH days is that it often slides off the shoulders if the bag hasn't been broken in yet.

Ladyluxe- and to all the other ladies that helped me out with my officer/marine bag I am so happy with it now I have conditioned it twice so far and had it hanging with books I even put a dumb bell inside to weight it. I cannot tell you the difference it has made I am loving it now I am so happy with it it's soft and has the right "hang" to it a million thank you's

my leather is super distressed and a little dry though so i massaged her with some of my vit E oil and she's fine <3
i actually took her to NM and Saks yesteday and all the SAs were complimenting the bag

yup the little capsules of vit E from GNC. i had some around and gave it a try because i read somewhere here that it works. I was pretty pleased with the results.

coco - are you going to get jacky's black alexa hobo or oak? when does the auth come out? it's such a lovely style

xooey - the day style has always been my favorite style. i think it's a lighter bag than the city in both RH and GH the only drawback is that is can be a big black hole and you need a purse organizer or several CP, MUs, etc to hold your stuff so you can find things easier

shousesame - looking good! yep vitamin E works well the vitamin E in a bottle might be easier to apply though - just massage it in with bare hands

T&D had mentioned to me that they fixed the GGH with this batch. Anyone know if that is correct? Since this is my first bag I'm not too sure what to compare it too but from shousesame's pics it looks pretty accurate to the original.

which is better for a student?
City rh or Work GSH
i like work gsh for the sliver studs!
but wonder if its too small.

I find that the City is the perfect size as a student. It fits a 200-page A4 notebook, my laptop and a water bottle, which is enough for me. I don't have a Work, but the City really is a good size! And I think Raisin looks gooooood with RH

Thanks Yup that's exactly how I do it And i don't know if it works better than applecare because i haven't used it before
the ggh irl is actually darker and shinier than in the photo...

Chicadee-bottle form would be alot easier instead of sitting around and squeezing all those little capsules thanks

I just saw these bags from the Proenza Schouler resort collection. IMO, they look like a Balenciaga motorcycle and a PS1 hybrid. I wonder if Jacky will be whipping out some of these. What do you gals think?

Interesting - I sort of thought "blegh" at first but I sorta love it too. I don't know. It's an odd combo. I hope Jacky tries it out, though, as they might grow on me!

Thinking about ordering an Oak regular Alexa and Black Medium PS1 but am a little iffy after the reports of the new leather on the Oak Alexa looking a little flimsy/shiny.

Chupi Congrats on your ps1! You look awesome with it. Do you have any problems with the screws/D-rings yet? I want to get s ps1 but I'm afraid that jacky hasn't solved this problem yet (I don't want a bag collapsing on me ).

i see less balenciaga and more of a mulberry alexa/ps1 hybrid...
i do love the colors though...

Yes they did!!!

I just recieved my PT GGH yesterday and compared it to my GGH city that i got about 2 weeks ago. The hardware on the PT is much darker and not that yellow anymore.
The guys also told me when I made my order that i will get the PT a bit later because they had to wait for the new hardware. I don't know why they didn't use it on all the new black bags. Maybe they wanted to get rid of all the old GGH first and then put the new GH on the bags that were left. But from what I see i think shousesame's GH is still the old one, because it looks like the HW on my new city... So I guess I just had luck with my PT


I would love to show you some pics, so that all of you can see the new GGH, also I wanted to upload the ones of my GGH city a week ago, but my stupid macbook broke down last tuesday and now I will have to wait until i get it back . Writing from a friends notebook right now.

Cherish: I do't know who received shiny leather on their recent Alexa purchases. Mine is fine,actually the leather is very similar to that on the authentic. I received mine from Jacky three weeks ago.

Shousesame: What product did you use on stour black Bal? It looks fantastic. Congrats!
It is great news about the giant hardware color being improved.
