coco, thanks so much for sending tnd your folk bag. it's such a great size for a shoulder bag. i'm really digging the adjustable strap too. i find it awkward to wear my velo on one shoulder (versus crossbody) because it hangs so low. looks like the folk is perfect.

babybluestar, congrats on your bag. glad you love it. i'm thinking of taking the plunge and the 'authentication' is definitely a plus. i might get it since i can't get bois de rose with rggh.

i don't get why they can't make 100 bags with other colors.. they've done it for GSH and GGH.

I won't be getting any black with Rose Gold Hardware. I prefer Anthracite, Bois de rose and blue roi with Rose Gold hardware. I already own four black bags and do not want another. I prefer bags in color whenever possible.

I have Jacky's PS1 clutch - its amazing. The leather & details are spot on to the auth. It holds a lot, because of the accordian pleats on it. It actually looks better stuffed with things so the pleats can expand.

I always get compliments on it - the PS1 clutch is such a new, relatively rare style. Carry it wih confidence!

I'm away from a comp for the next 2 weeks, still unable to post pics from b berry :-(

Yesterday I emailed Jacky my interest in a Celine bag & he said hed take it into considderation. I am obsessed with the box style, how structured it is, the gold clasp. Does anyone know the medium size bags measurements?

Speaking of the Celine box bag, does anyone know a good rep seller who makes an Hermes Constance bag??? Or the original "Jackie" bag, the auth hobo Jacqueline Onnassis carried, the Hermes Lindy bag?

Blair Warner: Please note that the Folk bag is a new style and it was never made in Olive or Noix. If you had one made it would be a dead give away that it is a rep. The Noix Color is darker than Siegle so that is why it would be obvious. The Folk bag is only made in Siegle, Sorbet, Black, Anthracite, Blue Roix, Murier and Pivoine. T&D is only offering it in Sorbet, Black and Anthracite right now. I don't know that they are making Murier or Pivoine so I would stick to Anthracite, Sorbet and Blue Roix which are all great colors.

Got my vert d'eau pt today and it's really great! The leather is different from the previous run (as everyone before me has noted) and is slightly shiny but I like it. It's not as thick as sang... maybe it's a new trend for T&D. One thing I noticed, it looks as though they have new improved rivets.

Coco: I don't think there are any plans to do Murier. I asked about it and only got the vague response that it's a lovely color but no confirmation that they would be making anything Murier. I really, really, really hope they do Murier because I am still lusting over the Murier velo posted on the other website.

I feel the same wayyy! Oh well I guess it saves us money? but not really since I'll just put into another bag. They should do 25 orders each for black, anthra, bdr and br. That's a total of 100 orders! haha.

Carta, I think I'm with you on getting a nude Alexa since the BDR RGGH is a no go.

Has anyone received the AW Rocco with the strap from Jacky yet? Any reviews on it?

Need some advice! I got my XS mahina from Catty and I love it BUT it has a crease down the front of the leather. Looks like a line down the leather and I'm so bumed out about it. Otherwise the bag is perfection. So I've put appleguard on it and stuffed it overnight but I don't know how this works now.

Since the bag is flawed should I send it back or live with it?? It is down the center left of the front of the bag, seriously if it was one the back I wouldn't care at all. Its the black mahina so I think maybe with appleguard and stuffing I can minimize it, but just don't know if I should send it back because the crease will make it look like a fake.

Mulberry Snakeskin Alexa

Anyone have a problem with fraying of the snakeskin edging? I've tried to "trim" it and it keeps fraying. Then I tried using clear nail polish (ie like the pantyhose fix) and it still is fraying.

Any other suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

Hi maybe you can take it to the cobbler I think he may know what to do with it or if that doesn't work then a good fabric store might be able to help I know they sell specific stuff to "seal" it

I e-mailed Jacky and he said he will be making the mini PS1's. However, he won't be able to make it until they are released as he is unsure of the proportions and there is no information on the websites yet. If anyone knows, please PM me so I can e-mail him the info! I cannot wait until he makes these, these look perfect and to me seem like they will be "sturdier" just because it's a little boxier in shape and smaller, so it doesn't wear on the clasp as much. I've attached some photos below!

T&D can only order the RGGH zippers in Black as that is the only colour they can sell 100 bags of. I don't know if it's 100 zips in a certain length either which would reduce options even more to just a City, Work, Day etc..? (they all have different length zippers right?)

I absolutely would have LOVED an Anthra RGGH bag. My top banana HG right now! But I don't think they would have enough of us to make and sell 100 Anthra bags in the same style. I don't think they would even have that much Anthra leather to do a run that large. Where as Black is the only colour they run throughout the year.

It's just a pity that the minimum order is 100. Gutted Who knows? Maybe the supplier will reconsider in the future.... Hope so!
